The first step in selling your home is to set up a time for me to come out and view your property. This is my absolute favorite part of the process! I get to learn about the history of the home, and more about you!

Sign the Contract
Once we have had a chance to talk over the details of selling your home, we need to sign a listing contract. I make a promise to all of my clients to sell their home in the least amount of time with the least amount of problems.

Marketing
Let the fun begin! This is another one of my favorite steps. Using modern technology and quality marketing will help you to sell your home in no time! I will market your home with professional photography, use marketing campaigns, and your home will show up on hundreds of home search websites!

Offers and Negotiation
You received an offer! What now? This is the part of the process where a knowledgeable realtor is important. As your realtor, I will carefully go through each offer presented and guide you with your steps going forward.

Satisfy Contingencies
Now that the offer is accepted, we will need to work through contingencies. I will be by your side to guide you through each step.

Closing Day!
You have made it to closing day! Your home is sold and you are moving on to your next home. Congratulations!
