Buyer Consultation
The first step of the buying process is sitting down together so that we can work out your wants and needs in your future home, and get to know each other! I will provide you with information on the market and coach you on the next steps.

Preapproval/Proof of Funds
Once you have decided to go through with buying a property, you will need to have a preapproval letter (if you are financing) or proof of funds (if you are paying cash) before we can view properties together.

Showings
Arguably the best part of the whole process is getting to view properties that fit your needs. We will select homes that you like and go view them.

Offers and Negotiation
Once you have found your perfect home, I will work with you to write an offer. I will always offer my clients advice when submitting an offer, but never push you to make a decision you aren’t comfortable with.

Satisfy Contingencies
Once your offer has been accepted, we have to satisfy any contingencies in the contract. This may include but is not limited to home inspections, loan commitments, and appraisals. I will walk you through the steps and carefully manage due dates so that we can get through to closing efficiently.
